Dear Defensive Challenge Lacrosse Camper,
We are looking forward to having you attend the Defensive Challenge Lacrosse Camp June 24 to June 27. If you still have some friends who have not signed up yet, we still have some openings. This letter should make your preparations for camp as smooth as possible.
CHECK IN and OUT PROCEDURES:
Arrive: Saturday, June 24th between 3 and 5 PM. The registration table will be located in Bowman Hall. If you cannot check in at this time, call me and let me know your arrangements. If you are flying, taking a bus or train, call me and give me all the information so we can pick you up.
Depart: Tuesday, June 27th after 11:30. We will have our last session Tuesday morning and the camp is dismissed after this session. If you need to leave early just let me know. Also let me know flight plans, etc... so I can get you to your destination.

REMAINING BALANCE:
Our records indicate that your remaining balance is $____________ Please bring payment to registration or you can mail it in prior to your arrival. Cash or check is fine. Make checks payable to Bill Pilat’s Lacrosse Camps, Inc.
EMERGENCY HEALTH FORM:
All campers must have a completed Emergency Health Form (on back). Bring this to registration.
SPENDING MONEY:
During the evening hours, the snack bar at camp will be open for our campers. A representative from Lax World (Lacrosse store), will operate a camp store all week. He will have equipment and other items for sale. We suggest you keep money in the bank. The bank will be open for 1 hour after each session. Bill Pilat’s Lacrosse Camps, Inc. is not responsible for personal items that are lost or stolen at camp. Campers are reminded daily to lock doors at camp and leave valuables at home.
KEY DEPOSIT:
Every camper needs to bring a check for $25.00 (made out to Bill Pilat’s Lax Camps, Inc.) to present at check in. At the conclusion of camp, the check will be returned to camper once he returns his key. If the key is lost during camp, the $25.00 will serve as payment for key and lock replacement.
DAY CAMPERS ONLY:
You need to check in at Bowman Hall on Saturday before 5:00 PM Camp Dinner will be the first official function at camp. Your day will start at 8:45 AM and end at 8:30 PM
DIRECTIONS TO ROANOKE COLLEGE:
Locate Route 81 and take exit 140 in Salem, VA. (The College is in Salem, NOT Roanoke). Once you get off the highway, follow directions to Roanoke College (about 2 miles from interstate) and head to Bowman Hall.
