Important Guidelines for Campers arriving to camp via airports
1. Arrive at designated airports between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the first day of camp.
2. Any flights arriving outside this time frame* must provide own transportation to camp (taxi)
3. *This applies to any flights arriving late due to delays with airlines.*
4. Coach Pilat will provide a shuttle from the designated airport to camp at the following times:
1:00 PM 2:00 PM 3:00 PM 4:00 PM
5. If you are not comfortable having camper wait for a shuttle, please provide alternate transportation (taxi).
6. If you wish to take shuttle to camp please provide Coach Pilat with (pilat@roanoke.edu)
a. Name of camper
b. Airline
c. Flight number
d. Which shuttle campers wishes to take (see #4)
e. Cell phone number of camper (if he has one)
7. Coach Pilat will respond via email to confirm receipt of camper flight information.
8. At the conclusion of camp Coach Pilat will have shuttles departing camp for the airport at:
11:30 AM 12:30 PM 1:30 PM 2:30 PM
9. If campers flight does not fit with shuttle times, or you are not comfortable with camper waiting at the airport, please provide alternate transportation.
