Since 1990, Coach Pilat has run the very successful Roanoke Lacrosse Camp at beautiful Roanoke College in Virginia. Last Summer, 200 boys came to camp and had a great time playing lacrosse and learning from a great staff selected by Coach Pilat. The Roanoke Lacrosse Camp strives to deliver the best combination of teaching and playing experiences in a camp setting. Each day there is an individual skill session, a team skill session and team games time. The staff is selected to insure a specialist in every position on the lacrosse field. More than a lacrosse camp, the Roanoke Lacrosse Camp has become a summer ritual for coaches and players alike looking to improve their game and have a great time! Current college players serve as coaches. 30. Excellent College and High School Coaches on staff. Play Indoor Box Lacrosse ! Indoor Box Lacrosse at Night ! Every camper will get to play in 2 indoor box lacrosse games at the Roanoke Lacrosse Camp.  These games will be held in the evening after all field games are finished.  Campers will get to shoot on official box lacrosse goals in a supervised session.  No body contact is allowed inside and league comissioners act as officials for the games. All campers are required to bring sneakers or indoor shoes and no longsticks are allowed in the box games.  All players must use shortsticks!  Goalies must defend the 4 foot by 4 foot official indoor goals in the games.
